Paje Beach, east coast of Zanzibar. Very few keys, very direct attention.
We're right in the heart of Paje, Zanzibar's finest kitesurfing beach. At low tide the lagoon becomes a natural pool stretching for several kilometres; at high tide the blue wall opens up where the swell breaks.
From ZNZ airport head towards Tunguu on the B2, cross the island for around 50 km and arrive in Paje from the south. Your car drives right up to the entrance — no fuss, just a tropical garden and a discreet sign.
Yes, almost all passports require one. Apply online at eservices.immigration.go.tz before you travel (5–10 days). Bring a printed copy of the e-visa confirmation and make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months.
Yes. We arrange it ourselves — a private car meets your flight at ZNZ and takes you straight to Paje in about an hour. Just send us your flight number when you book.
June–October (dry season Kusi) and December–February (Kaskazi) are the two premium windows. March–May is the long rainy season (Masika) — quieter, fewer tourists. Full seasonal breakdown on The island.
Yes, Visa and Mastercard at reception and in the restaurant. For external excursions and local markets it's worth carrying some TZS or small-denomination USD in cash.
Yes. WiFi throughout the villas and communal areas. We won't promise Berlin speeds, but it handles decent video calls. If you're coming for a longer Creator Retreat, let us know and we'll assign you the villa with the best signal.
Absolutely. Most of our guests are digital nomads or creators travelling solo. The way the hotel works — few rooms, optional shared dining, events — makes it easy to meet people without ever feeling pushed into it.
